Beauty Tip #1: You're Using the Mascara Wand Wrong

All this time, every high school girl to elderly woman I ever meet uses the mascara wand incorrectly. Up, you swipe, simply.

You know how you watch pastry chefs twirl away? Why aren't you doing this with your mascara wand?

To correctly make your eyelashes as big, curly and bouncy as can be, you need to be twirling the wand like you are crafting a cupcake design. If you have never done that in your life, please do. Diabetes or health issues are not a reason to decline. You can bake with healthier methods and use Truvia or other sweeteners for the mix.

Twirl and twise that stick right now as you lift it up. Make sure you feel your lashes bending as they are pressed. Don't press too hard, or you risk smuding mascara against your eyes where you need eyeshadow. Lift it up and angle it as you twirl. Imagine, if you don't get what I mean by the twirl, you are using a rolling pin. Roll that dough on your eyelashes!

The roll method, or however you define it, besides fluffing your eyelashes, separates your eyelashes. No more dreaded spider lashes for us!
