RECIPE I LOVE: Central Market's Lemon Trout

RECIPE I LOVE: Central Market's Lemon Trout

I love seeing what supermarkets have to offer their clientele. Wherever I am in the country, I'll visit different supermarket brands and enjoy their meals.

Central Market, a Texas organic supermarket chain, came out with a citrus themed week and included a special trout for its flyer offer.

Ugh, awful handwriting. And this, on my better handwriting day.

The trout was pre-stuffed at the store and ready to bake. I added handwritten notes, in my very awful penmanship, regarding what it was stuffed with. Also not on the card: lemon slices for garnish and flavor.

All in all, I was impressed with the ease of the recipe kit for days when you feel like doing very little and the flavor itself. Yum! The perfect fish for a diet-for-eyes cheat day when I don't eat meatless.
